Hal Harvey is the CEO of Energy Innovation: Policy and Technology LLC, and a Senior Fellow for Energy and the Environment at the University of Chicaco's Paulson Institute. He founded ClimateWorks Foundation, a network of 13 regional foundations and expert teams promoting climate change reduction policies.
